Q&A

What happens if a tenant stops paying rent?

We follow up on unpaid rent, communicate with the tenant, maintain relevant records, and discuss next steps with you. When further action is needed, we coordinate required notices and, where appropriate, legal counsel and eviction proceedings in line with applicable law and your management agreement. Legal and court costs, and any additional service fees, are addressed separately under the agreed terms.

Can you manage a home that already has tenants?

We can discuss taking over management of an occupied rental. We first review the existing lease, records, and transition requirements with you.

Can I work with you if I live out of town?

Yes. We work with owners nearby and from afar, coordinating local property needs and agreeing on clear communication expectations.

How are maintenance costs approved?

We establish repair approval limits, spending authority, and emergency procedures in your management agreement before service begins.

How will I receive property updates?

We review reporting arrangements, statement delivery, and communication expectations with you during onboarding.
